If you apply for this protection of your information, while this protection is in place it means you can’t use:
- some of our online services
- a Queensland Digital Licence.
The protection of your information does not impact the validity of your driver licence or other products that you may have with us.
During the time protection is applied, if you need to transact with us, for example to pay your registration or renew your driver licence, you will need to visit us in person and bring your licence or other evidence of identity with you.
